The beautiful MI AMOR lady sugar skull pendant is adorned with a halo of multi-colored sapphire flowers and bezel set heart gem on her forehead. Paved set green diamonds add a splash of sparkle to her beaded eyes. Please inquire for custom design with your choice of gemstones colors and blackened or gold beaded eyes.
