Sales tax is applicable on all orders placed through this site and shipped within the state of California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to sales tax. We will present an estimate of any applicable taxes to be collected during the checkout process.
If the purchased items are in stock, we will ship immediately. If the items are not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery time for items not in stock is typically 1-2 weeks. If the items are ready earlier, they will ship as soon as complete. If you need your items immediately, please contact us at email@example.com and we will determine if there is any way to accommodate your requests. Expedition fees may apply.
For all domestic orders, we offer complimentary shipping via FedEx 2nd Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Saver. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.
An adult signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery. If a delivery is missed, FedEx or UPS will attempt a delivery the following business day. A tracking number will be included with your shipping notification via email so you can track the delivery status. You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the FedEx tracking number once the order ships. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
