REPAIRS AND RESIZING
We welcome you to visit our Sizing Guides on this website for recommendations for laying and sizing our collection. When ordering rings, if you do not know your size, we are happy to mail you an adjustable ring sizer. Please complete our easy request form with your mailing information under the tab for Request Free Ring Sizer on our Sizing Guides. We do offer resizing or custom sizing for select items within our collection. If resizing is desired once your jewelry is received, please contact our staff at 805-703-1997 or sm@julez.com for details, related fees and more information.
If you have an item that needs a repair from normal wear and tear, please e-mail our office at sm@julez.com with the name or description of your piece, a photograph if possible and an explanation of the issue. We will contact you once we review your request and provide more information.
