Place the ring on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimeters, then compare that measurement to a standard ring size chart. If you don't have a ring to measure, wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length to determine the circumference of your finger. This measurement can then be matched to the corresponding ring size.
