If you don't have a ring to measure, wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length to determine the circumference of your finger. This measurement can then be matched to the corresponding ring size.
For the most accurate results, measure your finger at the end of the day when your hands are warm and relaxed. Your ring should slide comfortably over your knuckle but fit snugly at the base of your finger so it stays secure.
